Vizon Quest Summer Day Camps offer a variety of Activities to engage youth and young athletes of all ages and interests.

Vizon Quest offers Sport and Specialty Camps for youth ages 5-13, regardless of, gender, skill level, or athletic or fitness goals. Our core programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as teams. Training in small groups ensures maximum one-on-one attention.

Youth (Ages 8-11)

This is when the body is ready to learn new skills and kids are eager to get started in the world of sports. We provide a well-rounded approach to the fundamentals. We focus on running, coordination, balance, and strength in a fun and positive environment

Accelerated Performance (Ages 12-14)

In this stage, the fundamentals they learned are applied to sports applications. This program focuses on speed, agility, and power through proper technique and increased force. During this phase, most athletes experience a growth spurt. We help youth to use their taller, heavier, and stronger bodies to their advantage and avoid common injuries.

Competitive Performance (Ages 15+)

This phase is when we focus on fine tuning those final pieces and hone in on those areas that set your child apart from the competition. In this phase, the training resembles sporting demands, but in a program that creates mastery and perfection to make them the best athlete on the field.

KID'S FITNESS CAMPS

  • To teach the youth/participants the skills, strategies and disciplines while encouraging good sportsmanship, self-confidence and teamwork;
  • To promote a safe physical activity for all participants, instilling in them the importance of a healthy lifestyle;
  • To build character by placing them within a team environment, fostering the development of both on-field and off-field skills, and emphasize a positive attitude regardless of winning or losing;
  • To provide opportunities for all youths, regardless of physical and physiological development or social background, that will enhance both their life skills and their life experience.
