Vizon Quest Youth Fitness has developed a fitness program specifically designed for kids that are homeschooled.
Physical activity is just as important, if not more, for students that are homeschooled. Students that attend school are required to participate in a Physical Education class on a regular basis usually taught by someone who specializes in PE. Similarly, kids who are home schooled are required to complete a certain number of hours for PE, however it is up to the parent to determine what and how they engage in physical activity. Vizon Quest Youth Training and Fitness has developed a fitness program to help your children get the exercise and training they need.
In addition to the much-needed physical activity, home schooled kids don’t have the same interactions with other kids their age as those who go to public or private school. These interactions help kids learn communication skills as well as how to interact with others which is an important part of a child’s development. Vizon Quest Youth Training and Fitness is a great way for youth to get a structured class for physical education and meet new friends in a safe and fun environment.
Vizon Quest Youth Training and Fitness program is the only fitness program in the State of Florida designed specifically for youth ages 5-15. Vizon Quest Youth Training and Fitness was developed to provide youth and their parents a program that promotes general physical fitness, proper bio-mechanical development, balance training, speed quickness & agility training, resistance training and proper nutrition in an effort to battle obesity, promote a healthy lifestyle and empower families to be fit for life.
We provide a variety of different programs designed for all levels of fitness, from young children to elite level athletes. We have developed programs specifically for homeschooled families that can be incorporated into the homeschool schedule. These hour-long programs are fun and fast paced. Workouts consist of resistance training, boot camps, functional training, speed training or a combination of all of them. Add this with dodgeball or basketball and you have an hour filled with constant movement and exercise that is fun!
