Flexibility. Agility. Speed. Training

Youth are taught to play sports before they are taught how to run, and yes they can absolutely be taught how to run. The longer a child goes not running correctly, the more deeply poor mechanics are ingrained through repetition and practice.

The number one thing every coach in any sport observes is speed. An athlete will never be restricted from playing because they are too fast. The belief has always been that an athlete is either fast or slow. Although there is truth to that the real fact is that speed is taught through cognitive lesson and practical application and anyone can get faster.

We specialize in teaching proper speed mechanics from learning how to run (which most kids don’t know) to advanced mechanical adjustments exponentially increasing speed in any athlete.

We provide practical speed training and have developed a very comprehensive and detailed at-home speed training program called “Speed Form“. Speed Form is designed to teach fundamental speed and agility mechanics, recognize improper speed mechanics, and administer dynamic stretches. These activities will enhance an athlete’s full range of motion, implement lead-up transitions for max speed training and performance, and integrate agility and change of direction techniques for improvement in athletic maneuverability and situational response.
